What Paralign does

Every parking space tells a story, and Paralign reads it. The AI vision platform ARCFlex registers every entry and exit at the access points of a parking facility and translates those images into parking sessions and occupancy figures. Property owners see for the first time how their locations are actually used, and adjust rates and compliance on the spot. The platform runs on retail centers and business parks, and just as well on campuses and airports. Paralign aims to become the world's leading AI-driven platform for parking management, good for one billion parking sessions.

From North America to Europe

In North America, the model proved itself at speed. Paralign grew from ten to six hundred sites and serves more than two hundred clients, from property developers to hospitals. Most of them own forty or more properties; whoever starts at a single site rolls the platform out across the entire portfolio afterwards. The technology comes from sister company Asura Technologies in Budapest, which also modernized the toll road networks of Hungary and Indonesia with its team of more than a hundred engineers. Owned by private equity firm GB & Partners, the group is now making the move to Europe, starting in the Benelux and Germany.
