Bain Capital Private Equity pioneered the value-added approach: investing in a company and then working closely with its management team to capture the opportunities ahead. Global teams are organized around four industry groups: Healthcare, Technology, Business Services, and Industrials. Together, they look for companies where the firm holds differential insights and can drive transformational change. In Europe, the private equity team works from London, among other locations. Each year, a new class of Associates joins the Deal Team.
