With innovative, high-quality, and fully traceable fair-trade products Aurantiaca sets the new standard for coconut products. Aurantiaca sells coconut water under the brand name Obrigado, among other products. Obrigado caters to an important trend: the pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.
Besides its continuous search for product improvements and innovation, Aurantiaca also values sustainability. At Aurantiaca’s palm plantation, about 6000 hectares in size, only 30% is used for growing coconuts. The rest is rainforest, protected by Aurantiaca. Uniquely, in Aurantiaca’s production process, no part of the coconut goes to waste. Through their own foundation, Aurantiaca supports education and local cultural projects.
Aurantiaca is on a mission to become the most sustainable and most popular company in the coconut/agri-business in Brazil. Aurantiaca expanded into the United States, Canada, and Europe to turn Obrigado into a global brand. The European headquarter is based in Amsterdam.
The Market Intelligence Manager will be part of the global marketing team. He/she facilitates the organization’s next growth phase, and has the opportunity to further develop their career within the Global Marketing team.
The Market Intelligence Manager identifies innovation trends and business opportunities. Through the use of data, he/she helps the organization better understand customer needs and behaviors. The Market Intelligence Manager can conduct this research individually, but can also to manage employees when needed. He/she also manages the collection, analysis, and distribution of all global marketing information, to ensure Aurantiaca’s position as thought leader around innovative coconut products and around consumer and market research.
He/she reports directly to the Global Marketing Director, with a high level of independence. The Market Intelligence Manager will accompany the Global Marketing Director on a regular basis on travels, especially to Brazil and the US. This requires flexibility when it comes to the cultural differences within the organization.
