From defining the commercial go-to-market strategy to flawless execution, the Head of Buying will be instrumental to NADUVI’s future success.

Its offerings include about fifty thousand different items, available to consumers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. NADUVI has partnered with over three hundred carefully selected premium brands, distributors, and manufacturers – a mix of international powerhouses and local Dutch heroes – including Zuiver, Dutchbone, Rivièra Maison, Goossens, and Riverdale.

Vacancy: Head of Buying
The Head of Buying will identify, assess, and establish partnerships with brands, distributors, and manufacturers. They will act as the first point-of-contact for all partnership-related topics and be the face of NADUVI to its commercial partners. A role that requires a strong network in Home & Living, which the Head of Buying will maintain, grow, and leverage to benefit the scale-up.
The Head of Buying will be leading NADUVI’s Buying Team. Together with the team, they will drive growth by managing partnerships and expanding and optimizing the product offering. In leading the team, the Head of Buying will position themselves as a player and coach. On the one hand, they will work on a strategic level, e.g., defining the approach to hit sales targets. On the other hand, they will closely collaborate with the team, guide them in their daily activities, and implement processes and best practices to enable high performance.
Collaboration is a key part of the role. The Head of Buying will work closely with their cross-departmental peers (e.g., in Operations and Marketing) to continuously bring value to NADUVI’s partners in new ways, for example, through jointly developed go-to-market partnership strategies. Additionally, they will need to be comfortable in commercial negotiations and eager to make good deals. Finally, the Head of Buying will rely on data to create insights and inform their actions.
