Vacancy: Chief Marketing Officer
The CMO will be instrumental in driving Faceland’s growth across Europe, leading the transformation of its marketing strategy, digital performance, and customer engagement. They will elevate brand awareness, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and create a seamless, high-impact experience across all channels.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CMO will lead a 27-member marketing team, ensuring the right balance between in-house capabilities and outsourced expertise. The CMO will drive Faceland’s international expansion, developing market entry strategies and ensuring alignment between local marketing efforts and the company’s broader strategic goals. They will play a key role in supporting clinic growth, strengthening brand presence, and maintaining consistent messaging across all locations while collaborating closely with country managers and the executive team to align overall business objectives and drive growth.
The CMO will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive, data- driven marketing strategy that balances brand building with performance marketing to drive awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. They will lead the optimization of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social media, and CRM, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey. A key priority will be the implementation of AI-driven pricing strategies and personalized customer reactivation initiatives to maximize retention and lifetime value.
