At its core, Insify is a tech company. The start-up built their own proprietary insurance platform and relies on data (API integrations, natural language processing, and machine learning) to optimize their offerings. Insify put together an efficient digital process, with attention to UX and leading underwriting, resulting in a streamlined experience and affordable prices. They mainly focus on SMEs and freelancers, e.g., in construction, consultancy, and agencies. Insify has partnered with renowned organizations such as Munich Re and bol.com.
Founded in 2020, Insify is still in its early stages, but all prerequisites are in place for explosive growth. The seasoned leadership team has a strong track record disrupting industries and have built successful businesses in fintech and e-commerce, such as SumUp, HelloFresh, Bloomon, Blendle, Othera and Knab. Vacancy: Chief Growth Officer
The Chief Growth Officer will join Insify’s management team and take on the responsibility to drive growth. Their ultimate goal is grow fiftyfold in the next couple of years. To deliver on this highly ambitious target, the Chief Growth Officer will need to have firsthand experience of what is needed to rapidly scale topline and expand internationally. As part of Insify’s core team, they will be eligible for equity.

The emphasis of the role lies on digital marketing, brand building, partnerships, and sourcing deals. Insify works with three primary distribution channels: direct, embedded (platforms such as marketplaces, accounting software, and banks), and brokers. The Chief Growth Officer will be in the lead for these channels, based on a good understanding of the underlying drivers. In terms of marketing and brand building, the role requires experience with SEO, SEA, socials, and analytics, as well as knowledge of online marketing channels, customer journeys, and distribution partnerships.
An important part of the Chief Growth Officer’s responsibilities is to build and lead a team of growth specialists. They lead by example and display their ability to hire and inspire great talent. The Chief Growth Officer does not shy away from going deep on content and getting their hands dirty, for example by sourcing key partnerships themselves. Not only because they need to, but because they love to.
