The new Operations & Fulfilment Manager will be vital in further professionalizing the Supply Chain and be responsible for the entire end-to-end order fulfilment process for all customers globally.

Founded in 2016 by a team of young Amsterdam-based entrepreneurs, MR MARVIS quickly became the number one quality shorts brand on the Dutch market. Since then, it has developed new clothing lines. The premium collection has expanded to include swim and sportswear, long pants, shirts, and jackets. Their brand has also expanded across borders into Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, France, Denmark, Austria, Spain, and Italy.

No matter how much MR MARVIS grows, their formula for success remains the same. Items are still produced by hand in Portugal, with special attention to their people and the planet. MR MARVIS champions “slow fashion” with timeless, high-quality items. The brand uses as many sustainable materials as possible, which reduces its CO2 emissions. This led to MR MARVIS recently being granted a B-Corp certification.

MR MARVIS remains very ambitious. Their goal is to “conquer the world.” They started by expanding across Europe, where they’ve already established a substantial foothold in recent years. They plan to open more stores across Europe, launch new webshops, and launch in the American market. And with this growth strategy, MR MARVIS is focusing on professionalizing its Supply Chain Team. Their new Operations and Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end order fulfillment process for all global customers.

Vacancy: Operations and Fulfillment Manager

The new Operations and Fulfillment Manager will optimize the existing and new supply chain processes, as well as manage existing and newly contracted logistics and warehousing partners. This role will have experience within e-commerce environments and their end-to-end fulfillment processes. They will also help extract and analyze data from MR MARVIS’ Supply Chain Management tools to flag opportunities for improvement.

In addition, MR MARVIS is implementing a new ERP system, and the Operations and Fulfillment Manager will play a significant role in setting this up. Both prior experience and seniority in Supply Chain Management will make this role a valuable negotiation partner for external logistics and warehousing partners.

The Operations and Fulfillment Manager will join the Supply Chain Team of five people and report directly to the recently appointed Supply Chain Director. The team is in a rapid growth phase, in which this role will play a key part. They will work in Amsterdam, and their expertise will empower the team while managing strategic support for the Supply Chain Director. This role will have ample opportunity to grow and learn and can potentially develop into a people management role.

They should have experience in developing end-to-end e-commerce flows that improve and optimize processes that result in a satisfying customer journey.
