“We need someone who can bridge the gap between high-level strategy and hands-on execution: a pragmatic, outcome-driven leader who focuses on results over process, enables teams to move fast, and takes ownership at every level. Someone who thinks in product as much as in engineering, with a clear sense of how the business creates value for customers.” – Thomas Rahmer, Managing Director Tech & Product
