In the past year, record sales and revenue have been achieved in the Dutch market by scaling up successful channels, experimenting with new channels and hiring two additional team members. Vacancy: Country Manager Germany
In this newly created role, the ideal candidate understands the possibilities of traditional and digital channels and is ready to disrupt the German shaving market. The Country Manager gets to experiment with his/her own ideas while immediately having an impact on the growth of the business. This means creating and immediately executing new growth plans. No need jumping through hoops, just go out and do it. If it doesn’t work, adapt and try again. Tweaking is accepted here.

Conquering Germany bathroom by bathroom
The Country Manager’s first challenge will be to disrupt the German market by developing and executing a growth plan that will have a direct result on bottom line results. This means growing the number of customers, increasing order value and decreasing CPA.
It is up to the Country Manager to take the relevant learnings from recent campaigns and adapt these to the German market while also exploring other options that he/she sees fit for Boldking.
They will be part of the Growth team and will report directly to the Head of Growth.
