Their omnichannel position has been significantly strengthened, and a dedicated Digital Innovation Lab is being built in the heart of Rotterdam. Vacancy: Product Owner Online Marketing Automation
The Product Owner Online Marketing Automation will be responsible for the online marketing automation ecosystem. With solid knowledge and experience in marketing automation, personalization, and data, they can offer every Hans Anders Retail Group customer a relevant and above all personal online experience. They will work with colleagues to not only improve the customer experience, but their clear vision will give them the means to continue developing and optimizing it.
In this cross-functional role, the Product Owner Online Marketing Automation will operate at the intersection of online marketing product and online marketing data. What are the needs, and what’s the best way to translate them? What kind of tagging do we need, and how do we use first- and/or third-party data? The Product Owner Online Marketing Automation knows it all. They should have a strong technical background and be able to define and implement needs to gain greater insight into the customer.
An important point in this whole process is that the ecosystem must function identically in every country. The Product Owner Online Marketing Automation will provide advice on the best ways to set up the ecosystem and how to use the data. They will also ensure that most of it is standardized and easy to scale. They will be responsible for the roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and manage the implementation of the scrum team and external agencies. So the Product Owner Online Marketing Automation should have the right skills for excellent stakeholder management.
