It is up to the People Strategy & Transformation Lead to effectively embed the strategy in the organization.
The People Strategy & Transformation Lead will be involved in various initiatives, including further professionalizing the data and analytics domain, rolling out strategic workforce planning, and better attracting scarce talent to realize green projects.
Each initiative involves different teams, divisions, and business units that the People Strategy & Transformation Lead works with. It requires energy to ensure that a project effectively lands in the organization. Using her/his persuasive communication skills and strong ability to get things done, the People Strategy & Transformation Lead ensures that every initiative is adequately followed up and implemented. These ingredients will help make the ambitious people roadmap come to life.
The CHRO’s right hand and sounding board
The People Strategy & Transformation Lead is the direct right hand and a valued sounding board for CHRO and Board member, Sabine van Hooijdonk-Verboom. She/he proactively supports Sabine in preparing presentations and thinking through strategic issues. This goes beyond the people aspect; the People Strategy & Transformation Lead is involved in various organization-wide themes and is the first point of contact for these and other topics on Sabine’s agenda.
