SAERCO is a leading European Air Navigation Services Provider (ANSP). The company is launching a new department, A3I, for the development of advanced applications based on AI technologies, focusing mainly on the aeronautical sector. The Chief Executive Officer of A3I will lead this launch and manage A3I’s business development.

Apps of Advanced AI (A3I)
The company is creating a new department for the development of Applications using Advanced Artificial Intelligence (A3I). This new department represents a fundamental pillar in the innovation and digital transformation strategy of SAERCO and will be dedicated to the exploration, development, and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions, with the aim of boosting efficiency, optimizing processes, and opening new avenues for growth, and competitiveness in the aeronautical sector.

The department will have a multidisciplinary team of experts in software engineering, data science, machine learning, and natural language processing. This allows A3I to be at the forefront of the design and development of intelligent systems in aeronautics products and services.

Integrating innovative technological AI solutions in air traffic management is complex because the requirements – safety, continuity, interoperability, service levels, quality, efficiency, and compliance – are legion. SAERCO’s new department aims to address this with the help of AI experienced professionals. The potential of AI for air traffic safety applications is tremendous. At the same time, building such solutions in this industry is completely new and unprecedented. Vacancy: Chief Executive Officer of A3I

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of A3I will lead the new venture and ensure a swift launch of the new products and services based on AI, followed by continuous agile development. The CEO will establish the A3I department and will spearhead the AI business within SAERCO.

Therefore, the CEO necessarily has a strong technological background. In fact, during the initial phase, the position closer resembles that of a Chief Technology Officer – with additional commercial, business, and staff responsibilities. The CEO shall build, train, and lead the team of experts in AI technologies. They also manage the creation of the product and services roadmap, based on a solid technological background.

This is a tremendously interesting challenge for a high-performing tech-experienced leader, with a passion for developing smart, AI-assisted applications and services.
