Vacancy: Category Leader
Category Leader is a greenfield position within the Category & Buying team, one of the key pillars of Creative Group’s future growth. It’s a highly visible role, reporting directly into the Director Category & Buying, Jeroen Siegerink.

Drawing on their experience with category management within FMCG, the Category Leader will set the standard for Category Management at Creative Group. This includes establishing the most beneficial category structure, implementing the way of working, identifying key opportunities and challenges for each category and ultimately contributing to the strategic growth of the business.
Since the business is expanding and transforming rapidly, it’s the ideal environment for professionals to turbocharge their professional development and shape their own role within the business. The role of Category Leader will start off as a crossover between the FMCG approach to category management, business development, and partnership management. It will involve improving the company’s product offering, strategizing together with the International Strategy and Expansion team, and liaising with brand partners about growing their categories.
