At Lazard, I worked on M&A transactions; at Rothschild & Co., I advised high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs. I bring this understanding to every mandate, first in executive search for family-owned mid-sized companies, then at the intersection of banking and recruitment. At Top of Minds, I’m finally back where I belong: in tailored executive search.

My focus is on wealth management and private banking: I search for executives and specialists for family offices, asset managers and private equity. What fascinates me is the link between trust and returns: anyone responsible for the wealth of families and entrepreneurs needs not only expertise, but above all personality.

A second focus is the regulatory environment with a capital markets angle: compliance, AML, KYC, risk management and regulatory reporting. Alongside banks, I increasingly advise fintechs, neobrokers, payment providers and crypto companies, for whom a strong compliance function determines whether they can grow.

Our approach at Top of Minds is transparent and built on partnership: open searches with a clear story, long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions. For me, that’s the logical consequence of my time in banking, because there too, what counts in the end is trust.
