Swiss Sense

Swiss Sense is an international sleep specialist from Dutch soil. Customers can currently visit Swiss Sense in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria for box springs, beds, mattresses, accessories, inspiration and sleep advice. The ambitious growth strategy is to expand within these markets as well as to other markets in the short term.

Swiss Sense is the family business of the Diks family, which has been active in the field of sleep comfort for over 100 years. The SB consists of the three Diks brothers and, since September 2020, together with a private equity party with a minority stake. The company is managed by a young management with a modern view of corporate governance. Keywords are bottom-up, agile, customer-oriented, innovation and development. Also indicative of the organization: they consider the Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) as important as the NPS.

Currently, the international headquarters and the Benelux organization are located at one location in Uden, with a total of over 300 employees. In view of the ambitious international growth plans, a new local/global structure is currently being rolled out. The head office will direct in the areas of Brand, Formula, Category Management, Digital Marketing, Product & Insights.
