Staff Capital Groep

The story of Staff Capital Groep begins in 2002, when current CEO Rick Simons founded one of the Netherlands’ first payroll companies under the name Payroll Select. Both organically and through acquisitions, this payroll and back-office service provider quickly grew considerably. In 2017, it joined forces and merged all the acquired companies into one organisation with pioneering online growth plans: Staff Capital Groep.

Anno 2021, Staff Capital Group is in the middle of the transition to transform itself from an experienced payroller into the HR technology player. The group uses the opportunities of rapid technological developments to make finding, committing and organising good staff as easy as possible. Staff Capital Group’s services are therefore grouped into three labels, each focusing on a separate market. For example, Payroll Select provides WAB payrolling and payroll processing, the digital staffing agency Easyworx helps with complete staffing solutions and the staffing marketplace Easyjobs provides space for posting and finding short jobs/gigs. All these brands operate from underlying platforms, such as Easystaffer, Flexplein and Easyoffice.

Staff Capital Group’s innovative self-service proposition is hugely interesting for both small and large organisations and makes the company a real disruptor in the conservative staffing industry. Indeed, thanks to the deployment of platform technology and apps, the more than 1,250 clients and 18,000 flex workers will in future be able to find their way to each other online themselves. Staff Capital Group then takes care of processing at the back end. This innovative working method not only works more efficiently, but also reduces costs.
