Two consultants work on each HR assignment: a sector specialist and a functional HR specialist. The sector specialist ensures that the business drivers are leading in matching the candidate and enthuses them for our client’s industry. The functional HR specialist takes care of activating the HR candidate network and selecting the right HR competencies.
We operate in the 60k – 300k segment and the vacancies we fill range from CHRO to HR Director, HR Manager, HR Business Partner and Recruiter. Both in permanent and interim roles.

We do this by means of an objective scorecard and by conducting in-depth interviews. The top three is then taken through several selection rounds within your organisation, after which we facilitate the contract negotiations with the number one candidate.
