Today, EFFECT is an independent fabless company with offices in the Netherlands and Asia. The company is on the verge of launching its first product: a true milestone.
Technology
EFFECT’s products are designed for the most demanding environments in modern infrastructure: AI data centres, 5G networks and high-capacity fibre-optic connections. The company operates on a fully fabless model, with research and engineering based in Eindhoven and production and assembly in Asia. Its growth plans are in line with current developments in the data centre and telecoms markets. Significant growth is expected in the coming years. This is expected to come from the US and Asian markets, where hyperscalers, pluggable module vendors and telecoms OEMs are eagerly awaiting what EFFECT can deliver.

Nearly fifty engineers and scientists from more than fifteen countries form a close-knit team, driven by a shared vision that light is the future of data transmission.
