Dynamis

Dynamicis is a collective of 13 independent real estate agencies with 50 branches across the Netherlands. People also call the organisation the ‘Local Heroes’ in the market for residential, commercial real estate, valuations and financial services. Dynamis owes this nickname to the fact that it has been delivering great added value to its real estate partners for more than 25 years. That value translates into R&D, marketing and ICT, good brand positioning or increased brand awareness, or any other real estate issue partners could use advice or help with. Dynamis’ partners total more than 550 employees, operating both regionally and nationally. All partners are members of the Dutch Cooperative Association of Estate Agents and Valuers (NVM).

Dynamis publishes a quarterly report, clearly mapping the state of the residential and commercial property market. For partners – real estate experts, brokers and appraisers – these reports are an indispensable source of information and advice. The analyses and tools of the Research & Consultancy Team form the basis of these reports.
