COFRA Holding, founded in 2001, is the holding company for a privately-owned group of companies located in Europe, North and Latin America and Asia. Brands include C&A, Bregal Investments, Redevco and Anthos Fund & Asset Management. The performance of these business divisions is managed by the COFRA Holding CEO Boudewijn Beerkens and supported by the CEO’s Operating Team. It also includes Anthos Family Office, offering private wealth management to COFRA shareholders, and Porticus, managing philanthropic activities of charities established by Brenninkmeijer family entrepreneurs.
