Bouwinvest is an asset manager that invests in property on behalf of its shareholders (mainly pension funds). The company focuses on both financial and social returns: helping to build liveable and accessible cities, while ensuring improved pension benefits.

In total, Bouwinvest manages some 13 billion euros, divided over five funds with Dutch properties and three mandates with international properties: residential, office, retail, healthcare and hotels. In this way, the asset manager contributes to affordable and inclusive cities and inspiring places to work, shop, relax and meet. Bouwinvest invests most of its capital in the Netherlands. It also operates in other European countries, North America, Asia and Australia.

Bouwinvest has grown considerably in recent times, both in terms of assets and the size of the organisation (now some 200 FTEs). In the coming years, the asset manager intends to continue this growth by raising more funding and expanding its portfolio with attractive real estate projects, both in the Netherlands and internationally.
